The Tasmanian School of Art is located in a purpose-renovated warehouse on Hobart's beautiful waterfront, not far from the natural wilderness and world heritage areas.
The Tasmanian School of Art offers a number of degree courses for undergraduates and graduates. The art school also offers honour degrees. The degree programs include Bachelor of Fine Arts; Bachelor of Fine Arts in Information Systems; Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honours; Master of Fine Art, Design, and Environment; Master of Fine Art and Design; and Master of Fine Visual Arts.
The Tasmanian School of Art offers many different kinds of art scholarships to current art students, prospective art students, postgraduate art students, international art students, and honour art students. The art school also offers the Rosamond McCulloch Studio scholarship, which allows the winner to take up a four month residency in Paris to study art.
